For your Special Event, we recommend that you have your fresh flowers or Wedding Flowers delivered 2 to 3 days before the actual event. For a weekend event, your flowers should be delivered on the Thursday (or Friday at the latest).
Shipping Area:
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday. We encourage delivery by Thursday for events taking place during the weekend. In case of any weather delays, that will allow an extra day for delivery. Amazonflowers.us is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions or operational failures of the couriers.
You should receive your tracking information by email one or even two days before the scheduled delivery date. You can use it to track your package online through www.fedex.com or www.ups.com
In case special instructions upon delivery such as call/ring before dropping package, codes to access gates or similar are required, please contact with the courier directly with the tracking number and provide them with any directions necessary so they can pass them to the delivery station or driver.
FedEx requires signature upon delivery. Please arrange to have somebody at the delivery location to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule the delivery. If you have ever signed a door tag by FedEx authorizing them to leave a package, all future packages will be delivered without a signature requirement.
Please carefully review your shipping address and Zip Code. If you provide a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes will incur a $20.24 fee. Changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned.
Amazonflowers.us is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In case there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx or UPS.
