We can do it. For deliveries addressed in the business, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, tourist villages, retirement communities, camping, nursing homes, churches, and funerals. If our delivery companies can get in, we will be there.

During Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, Mother’s Day, Easter, San Valentin, Women’s day or more in general on weekends and holidays the delivery of floral gift could be anticipated 2 or 3 business days. We begin the delivery from Monday to Friday. We do not provide service on weekends.

At AmazonFlowers, we do not accept cancellations within 10 business days of the scheduled delivery date. Additionally, all canceled orders are subject to a 25% surcharge. This fee helps cover various costs associated with processing the cancellation, including credit card fees and labor costs.

To cancel an order, you can send an email to sales@amazonflowers.us with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER #” and include your order number and details in the body of the email. Alternatively, you can call us at 1-800-517-3919. It is important that the person who placed the order speaks with us over the phone to confirm the cancellation.

Requests to change an existing order must be made at least 10 days before the delivery date. Many of our products are shipped from Colombia and are often processed several days prior to the delivery date. Once the product has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued minus the 25% cancellation fee, which accounts for credit card processing fees, farm cancellation fees, and labor costs. This fee is necessary to cover the expenses incurred during the cancellation process, ensuring fair and efficient service for all our customers.

Our system will email you the AMZ order summary, and if you can contact our Customers Service just writing to the address: sales@amazonflowers.us.

Our system will send you automatically a confirmation email, with the tracking numbers as soon as our Green house update our database. Anyway, you can check in real time the status of you AMZ order in the Fedex or UPS website, email at our Customers Service: sales@amazonflowers.us. Or call us toll free at 1-800-517-3919.

If you need a personalized set or bouquet of flowers not available on our catalog, please write into the special requerimient box, or send to us an email with your request, delivery date, colors and quantities so that we can create a special combo for you after we check with our Green house.

To purchase from our fresh cut flowers categories, simply select your desired products and add them to your cart.

Once you’ve added your items, review your shopping cart. If you decide not to purchase a particular item, click the X button below its total price to remove it. To adjust the quantity of any item, change the number and click “Update Cart.” If you have a coupon code, enter it in the “Apply Coupon” box and click “Go” to apply the discount. You also have the option to “Continue Shopping” to add more items to your cart.

When you’re ready to place your order, click “Proceed to Checkout.” This will take you to Step 1 of 4 in the checkout process.

For Step 1, you can either sign in to your existing account or create a new one. If you’ve shopped with us before, click “Log In to Your Account,” enter your email and password, and click “Sign In.” If this is your first purchase, fill out the necessary information, including an email address and password.

You can create an account at any time by clicking “Log In or Register here” at the top right of our website and completing the mandatory fields.

Before purchasing, you must agree to our Terms & Conditions. Then, choose your preferred delivery date from the calendar. We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. For different delivery dates, contact our customer service at 1-800-517-3919 or sales@amazonflowers.us.

Click “Proceed to Shipping Calculation” to continue to Step 2. The system will automatically calculate shipping costs. For orders over $50 within the USA (including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii), shipping is free. Orders under $50 will incur a $35 charge.

You can pay the AMZ order, after that it’s been completed with all the data required by the system for the delivery, using your credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Cards, American Express, Maestro, Discover).

If you should realize of having committed an error in the AMZ order form or if you would change some details regarding your AMZ order, you can contact us writing at Customer Service and AMZ order ID in the subject. The required changes will be examined ONLY if we do not leave yet the flowers with the courier Company.

The Shipping can take from 2 to 3 business days, we ship via FedEx or UPS. Please keep in mind that any AMZ order needs to be placed at least with 1 week of advance. When placing your AMZ order you will have the option to choose your own delivery date.

What are the shipping charges for orders within the USA?

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a $35 shipping fee will apply.

Are there any extra charges for Saturday deliveries?

  • No, we don’t deliver on Saturdays nor Sundays. You may receive your order the day you pick. We recommend you to chose a weekday that may suit your needs.

The courier Company will to deliver the flowers and in case that nobody will be at home, they will leave a tag to you, also will give immediate communication to us and our Customers Service will contact you by e-mail or by phone.

We would recommend that you receive flowers at least 2 days before the event. We don’t guarantee an exact time of delivery but usually deliveries are made in the morning by 11:30 am, however, flowers can be delivered at any time during the day as that depends on the selected Courier (FedEx or UPS).
