How can I pay my AMZ order?
You can pay the AMZ order, after that it’s been completed with all the data required by the system for the delivery, using your credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Cards, American Express, Maestro, Discover).
Could I ask the delivery in the business, hotel, hospitals, restaurant, tourist village, retirement communities, camping, nursing homes, churches and funerals?
We can do it. For deliveries addressed in the business, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, tourist villages, retirement communities, camping, nursing homes, churches, and funerals. If our delivery companies can get in, we will be there.
Could I place an AMZ order to be delivered on holidays?
During Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, Mother’s Day, Easter, San Valentin, Women’s day or more in general on weekends and holidays the delivery of floral gift could be anticipated 2 or 3 business days. We begin the delivery from Monday to Friday. We do not provide service on weekends.
How much does delivery cost?
What are the shipping charges for orders within the USA? Are there any extra charges for Saturday deliveries? How can I place an order for same week delivery?
How long is shipping?
The Shipping can take from 2 to 3 business days, we ship via FedEx or UPS. Please keep in mind that any AMZ order needs to be placed at least with 1 week of advance. When placing your AMZ order you will have the option to choose your own delivery date.
Which day I will place the delivery date?
We would recommend that you receive flowers at least 2 days before the event. We don’t guarantee an exact time of delivery but usually deliveries are made in the morning by 11:30 am, however, flowers can be delivered at any time during the day as that depends on the selected Courier (FedEx or UPS).
The flowers delivered will be exactly as showed in the picture?
Since flowers are a product of mother nature and due to variation in monitor resolution, the exact color tones of this flowers may vary to some degree.
How can I find out if my AMZ order is been properly recorded in the site?
Our system will email you the AMZ order summary, and if you can contact our Customers Service just writing to the address: sales@amazonflowers.us.
